On one of our cars I have used leather cleaner that is used on my car. It works the same and I've bought both leatherette cleaner/leather cleaner and there isn't much/any difference that I can see. There are certain cleaner’s specifically for leatherette in any auto detailing section. Also, if your seats are leatherette than nothing will be leather.

Same is true for leather most of the time. It's usually just the surfaces that you actually touch that are real leather.

Yes. Just use the same product for all of the interior.

I know a lot of guys here don't use this combo, but it looks great on mine. I don't like that armoral shine. So what I do is, clean the interior (dash, seats, door) with Zymol leather cleanser, and then protect it with Son of a Gun. Son of a gun leaves a natural shine and its not slippery on the sterring wheel or stick shift, too. I've also clean the headliner with Simple Green. Its an all purpose clear. The visors, just use the Zymol, and wipe it down with Sun of a Gun. I tried one of the Oxy cleans before. The results was like applying bleach. Don't do that.
