Xenon bulb out?

I have the Projector46 w/ 6000k Xtec, and it's been working fine now for about a month or more. Just last week I turned on my lights and my passenger side bulb wont light. I have the bulb out warning on my dash as well. Aren't these bulbs supposed to last longer than the car or something?

My question is what should I do and how? I dont know much about the xenon bulbs setup. How do i find out if its a burnt out bulb, a faulty ballast, or a wiring problem? How do I even get to the bulb? Do the Projector46 setups have a warranty? If I go to the dealer they will most likely tell me the obvious ...that they arent the stock headlights.

Swap the right and left bulbs. That will tell you if it is a bad bulb.
