HU install help needed...

Tried to install a new HU... but the unit won't slide in all the way...
something is blocking at the back... I think it's the wiring harness but I am not 100% sure.. any DIYer here can help??? Thanks!

want to post a picture of how much isn't going in? back there are a bunch of wires and such (not sure about ci) .. but my 330i had a grip of wires back there .. i just had to move it all asside by taking out the a/c console and just tucking everything back there if i could .. you don't really want the HU to be all the way in btw if you have a HU that loads the cd by those drop-face heads since it would be hitting the trim.

i just need about 0.5cm more for the trim to sit flush...
tried to move around the harness but doesn't seem like it will give the clearence that i need...

pull out the a/c console and tuck the wires down even more and move it to the side .. try using zipties if that will help .. the sides usually have more room to stuff the wires
