HID foglamps...installed...1 pic..??!$#@^%
i have mixed feelings, although i havent seen it during night-time yet, there is a lot of glare. im afraid people are going to get verry mad... also i bought them from a member of E46 that said they were 5000k. I thought they would match my 4300k stock hids but nope, oh well.
So what should i do? keep it or install those projector foglamps everyone has been buying... and get 4300k H3 or H1 bulbs that fit into that projector foglamp that some members have. and also for those who have the projectors and installed HID, i heard it is hard to remove the stock bulb...exactly WHAT DID YOU DO? ![]() thanks for reading and please tell me your opinons! 1.keep it as is 2.get 9006 4300k to match 3.Buy projectors and H1/H3 bulbs |

Yeah i can see what you're saying about pissing people off with that high-intensity glare...
But as for color... You are only 1700k off... and like I said... it will distinguish your fogs from your lamps. Those chromiums are OEM 4300k or 6000k? |

Well to me they look 6000k... and I don't see "5000k" too often on HIDs and shi'.
Honestly my opinion is leave them alone. But if it truly bothers you get some 4300k fogs. It doesn't bother me, and if I was infront of you on the highway and you had those things flaring in my eye-socket I wouldn't get annoyed (that's just because I have mad respect for bimmers |

Cops do not care about the intensity of light so much as the color for some reason, unless you are driving around with your high-beams on. 9006 bulbs can't operate at the lumens of H7s. Remember, do not stand in a garage and think your lights are too bright when you put them on... you're in a GARAGE... a closed area where light bounces like mad. On the open road they will not seem that bright. |

Keep it, they look awesome! Projectors might help enhance the look and light output a bit more.
