LED tail light retrofit question

I have searched but cannot find the retrofit thread that I thoguht I had seen. What is entailed to make these work on a 2001 coupe? Is it just plug and play then a flash from the dealer?

You can install them and take a fuse out and add three resistors with no problems. That's what I did on OEM tail lamp LEDs. Or you can buy a new LCM and have it reflashed. LCM are something like $190 discount priced plus dealer reflash cost.
here is the link.
