Second shredded tire!?!?!?!

I just recently replaced all 4 SO3's on my 18's with Michelin PS2's after one of my so3's inner sidewall blew out. It turns out the S03 had a nail in it which caused deflation and the inner sidewall to burst.

After 800 miles on my PS2's, it happened on the same tire again today. I didnt have time to check out the tire but has anyone ever experienced this? Could it be an alignment or suspension issue?

I'm not 100% sure if it was the same rim because I dunno if the shop that changed all 4 tires switched around the rims.

They are BBS CH"s, what exactly can go wrong with the rim to cause shredding? Seems curious that they'd just randomly start doing that...

The same thing happened on my rear passenger wheel. 3,000 after the first one shredded, a nail was found on the brand new tire and it shredded again. Im also curious as to whether this will be a frequent problem.
