Yes I do hunt. Archery mostly, but I do it all. Yeah he is a great dog, but gun shy.

You should be able to work through that. I know there are ways to break a dog of that. You'd probably just have to take him out and start with shots at a lower volume and work up to the bigger stuff....bb gun, 22, etc...

Yeah thats what we thought too, but it didnt work. We started with a BB, then Cap, 22, shotgun. He was just a pusssy after you shot anything bigger than the BB. We dont do alot of bird hunting anyway because there arnt any birds around anymore. We say yeah were taking our guns for a walk.

** Bradford is a 4-5 year old dalmatian boy. We adopted him from a shelter six months ago. He was originally left for dead in an abandon trailer park tied to an empy trailer... was about 37 pounds. He now weights 63 pounds and is a great dog. Nothing beats a shelter dog, they just have that look of "thank you" in their eyes!
