Mall of GA area Package Thief - Do you recognize this car?

Good evening,

There's a "serial" package thief in our area near Mall of GA. If you recognize this car or lady please PM me or leave a message here.

After talking to my buddy it seems like this car may be lowered and these aren't the original wheels. Is there anything you can tell me that stands out about this car?

Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to provide.

Why not plant some kind of GPS traking device in a package? Or fill a package with feces and used rubbers to deter her from stealing anymore boxes?

Can't understand. The lady grabs the package, goes to the car, opens the package and returns what's not wanted or needed? We had one in our neighborhood. Ended up being a raccoon!!!!! But nefinetely this is a weired raccoon. Nice costum though!
