Technique tuning does a turbo kit for the 330's and ess does a twin screw super charger kit. Nether are cheep. Both will take skill or money to instal. You can't just slap a turbo on these cars and expect everything to be ok.

Sell car, buy a used import, boost it.

If you want something to tinker with that's not going to murder your wallet an e46, especially an XI, isn't the best choice. Old GSR teg or better yet an old DSM.

For the 2006 theres a turbo and supercharger?

I understand it has risk but my dads 135i has the same engine just with twin turbo so i mean all i need is the internals right? and i looked up the twin screw i was very interested but i only saw it was for the 2000-2005 not the 2006 im not worried about the money at this point because im currently saving for it im just trying to find a turbo or supercharger first.

A 2006 bmw 330xi is an e90, not an e46....

The only thing that's the same with the engines is the number of cylinders it has. Other than that, its a whole different beast. So just get that right out of your head. The M54 was never designed with turbo's in mind. Either buy a 335I with the turbos already their, or buy a DSM. An XI is a horrible platform to try and tune.

OP does not have a M54, he's just in the wrong forum
