I have a ? if i have 24# injectors on a 330ci with a sk+ kit can i purchase just the software and smaller pulley or do i have to upgrade my injectors again?

You'd need to upgrade the injectors since our 330 software wasn't tuned for 24#.

Yes it can, but the walls are already very thin...not sure I would increase displacement by boring out the cylinders. Stroking would be better, but requires complete new bottomend. 3.0 liters is plenty of displacement.
