Simple Question

325CI is about to be paid off and will soon become a part time driver. I am redoing the ICE right now and with performance I will be doing sways and headers and upgraded OEM wheels. As far as headers, is it that much performance to be gained and what do I need in order to get by the CEL? I am looking for a deep throaty sound and a modest plus to HP. Saving up for a CPO M3 or newer 5 series in the future.
