Bavarian Soundwerks customer service....wow...just wow...
I recently ordered replacement speakers for my 02 330i from BSW and there were a few small problems. I quickly followed up with Lee, the shipping manager and Halston and their service was just amazing.
I don't want to go into the details but lets just say there was a small problem with my order--they informed me of it less than 12 hours after I ordered. Then, they fixed the problem and gave me an excellent bonus for the mistake. I am so glad I ordered from them, I honestly could not be more pleased with their service. Needless to say, when they get the plug and play replacement amp for the HK system out for sale, I will be looking in to it right away. |

Holy ****, they gave you a BONUS for their mistake!?
I had to repackage a 40 pound sub and mail it back to fedex, wait 2 weeks until I ask them what was up and then they say they'll ship it. I get back a refurbished one, not even as much as a coupon for trouble (it was a lot of trouble too). It was so discouraging I'm returning the product based on this alone. I don't see how you got it so well and I got such a **** deal. What was your bonus? |

It was a situation where what I ordered and what they had came together to my advantage...and it was not so much a mistake on their part really...I ordered something via phone and it turned out that part of my order was backordered with the manufacturer...they took care of it immediately and to my small advantage...

Can you elaborate on this? Most all emails/returns come through either myself or my salesman Zach. If there was an issue with this I would like to nip it in the butt. We very rarely have any issues on this front and I want to make sure if we need to make a change or fix something we do it.
