Do e46 M3's having bigger(longer) rear side windows?
I think they're called quarter windows? may be wrong about that. After seeing a few pics of the M3 those windows look longer than the regualar e46 coupes rear side windows.

its the same - maybe it just looks bigger because the window trim is black instead of chrome

might be the rear fenders make em look longer, m3 fenders start closer to center of car than the regular e46ci
