Homelink/Autodim/Compass/Alarm Mirror

I have been trying to install this thing for two weeks now but I can't get the cabling straight. The car comes with a transmitter connector in the sunroof cover. I want to use the cables from this to the 10 pin connector that goes to the mirror. There are only 9 pins coming from the mirror.

The cables below were connected to the previous mirror in this position are

Alarm cables

Position 8 Green/Black
Position 9 Red/Black

Transimtter connector cable is wired like this

Position 1 Blue/Green or Yellow
Position 2 Grey/Red
Position 3 Green/Red
Position 4 Green/Yellow
Position 5 Brown/Black

There are other connectors in the roof of the car but not sure what they are for.

One connector goes to the sunroof and there is another that has a

Translucent almost speaker wire looking

in a connector.

Any Ideas on how to put this together?????
