service light will not go away!!!!!experts please help

ok , when my 323i had 23k i had the check engine light come on , vanos the delership said , the light came back on very quickly after the dealership installed the new vanos. i drove it back they said it was the timiing or sonthing and the light was off agai , then the light did not come on for about 2 months it came back on , but i was not in the state at the time and let it be for about 3 weeks, when i heard that the autozones could tell me what the code is and what the the problem was, sure enough it was the vanos. they reset it and light stayed off for about three weeeks. now i mind you that the light can be reset without a problem , but comes back on about three weeks after the light it reset everytime. everytime error code is vanos or at least that is what carsoft software i have says. the car runs very good , i dont really see or hear anything worong with it. so , about 1 year after the dealership changed the vanos. I decided i would get it replaced again at Rpm racing , with my extented warranty company. rpm replaced it , when i got the car no light on car ran great, but sure enough 1 week later , light popped back on. SSOooo i called taso he said that he could not reset the light he did not have the equitment. myself , being upset about the ;ight , but just guess it was a light , went back to autozone reset the light and was happy for about three more weeks until the light comes on. it pisses me off quite a bit. Now , here it is on dec, 11 2005 with the fun loving light service engine soon back in my face. what should i do??? what could be the problem , . here is a picture of the exact error code that comes up on my carsoft software. I have and can reset it with my soft wear, but do not want to reset it , i want to get to the reason why this stupid light keeps coming on and if there is somthing else wrong with my car then fix it. PLEASE help me out this has been going on now for about two years. does anyone know what this means,or maybe a true professional shop I can go to to fix the issue??? here are the pics :
