Best BMW Mechanics

In everyone's opinion, what do you think is the best BMW mechanic in the NY area? I need to get some throttle control sensors replaced, but don't have the space or time to do it myself.

any mechanic that is trustworthy and you feel knows his stuff. Forget any of these "European car places" its just a rip off. I know a couple of good mechanics but, there in Jersey.
