DIY on taking a headlight apart?

Hi... I would like to know how can I get behind the Headlight bracket. You know... the shiny (mirror) thing. I need to take that out of the headlight and get where the whole auto-levelling mechanism is.

Thank you!

That is a great site. The shiny thing is stronger than you expect but you can go balls to the walls yanking on it.
