Goldschlager dangerous?

Are the gold flakes in Goldshlager dangerous to ingest?

obviously not if they are selling it for you to drink. They're not bad for you and it's not too bad.

No it's not dangerous. In fact, I've heard that gold can actually aid in digestion but I don't know if there's any truth in that

It's only dangerous if you drink the whole bottle in one gulp. But I suspect that's not from the gold flakes.

Cant drink the stuff... Ever since my 21st birthday Ive stayed away from it... Well mostly myfault. 1/2 a bottle of goldschlager, 1/2 skyy vodka 2 beers, and 2 rows of jello shots... Not a good combination. Lets just say that was not pretty...
Anyway back to your question, no it is not harmful. Im sure that to be sold here it has to pass the FDA regulations and I would assume that those regulations require extensive tests.

I dunno . . multiple colors of jello with copious gold flakes . . . as far projectile vomiting goes, that sounds about as pretty as it gets.

Has anyone else ever heard that the flakes in goldshlager are intended to cut your throat on the way down so the alcohol can get to your blood faster?

Any truth to that rumor?

Well, I've heard that drinking the flakes gives you a lemony fresh scent.

Do the gold flakes get digested or do they just go right through?
