is this too good of a deal considering its from a dealer

i agree. low mileage for 20k would be a great deal.

It's all about the CPO... not just for the value but the fact that it has to be a sound car to be CPO'd.

If you plan on owning the car beyond 80k miles, get the 5sp car instead, the step tranny's are iffy.
