Looking for coding assistance around Baltimore

Hey guys. I'm in hoping for some help getting my car coded. I'm moving deeper into the city soon and I would really like the ability to aim my reverse-tilt mirror function for more comfortable parallel parking. Right now it aims all the way down, which I gather is the default coding, and also happens to be useless. I've read that NCS Expert is capable of changing the coding data so that you can aim the mirror to the angle of your choice while in reverse-tilt mode. I do have some basic coding experience, both as a tech at the dealer using current ISTA/P and also at home with my old XP laptop and an ebay cable and copy of PA Soft, though neither are capable of activating that particular function. I'm a competent Windows user, but installing and running a copy of NCS Expert and interfacing it with NCS Dummy seems a little beyond me. I'm looking for a fellow DIYer who has a few minutes to meet up and get my car flashed the way I want it. Willing to drive a bit (DC, DE, southern PA). Thanks.

I don't know anyone in B'more that codes, but Austin Sera (on Facebook) is in the Frederick/Rockville MD area & codes the E-cars. You could use the 2nd or 3rd seat memory function button for different mirror settings from your "normal" setting.

I appreciate the reply. Never really thought about using the seat memory buttons to command the mirror alone, definitely a good idea in the mean time.
