Which supplement has worked the best for you?

Other than whey, which one has showed the most gained, effectiveness. I am talking about Creatine, ZMA, No2, Spike...Anything. Share the bad experiences as well...

Whey protein, keep it simple and basic, nothing else is really needed

I don't take many supplements, but I have had good success with Bodyquick. Also Elite K is good for creatine.

ive been taking no-xplode and two different proteins and has worked well so far (since last year) i take IDS protein before workout and no-xplode before workout...IDS has good carbs and 6000 mg of l-glutamine and i take isopure for post-workout because it has no carbs and is pure protein since i work out at night...but so far no-xplode has worked very well for me

I always thought creatine worked fairly well for me. I've tried everything and anything, without crossing the lines into un-natural territory, and creatine tops the list. Maybe its just in my head...

nada, except for occasional whey protein when I don't get enough in my diet or am short on time.

Why are you not takin any carbs PWO? Protein AND carbs are very important PWO.

Now supplement wise, i only take whey, fat oils (fish/flax/sesamin), and Orange Krush. Of course, your best results are going to come from eating a clean diet that is targeted towards your fitness goals.

I just started putting whey into the mix and I'm already seeing results. I stack it with Heavyweight 1200 mass gainer and it's a golden mix.

Creatine is awesome, and you'd be cheating yourself out of great results if you choose not to take it, but as far as NEEDING it, it's not needed. The only supplement that should be considered needed imo is whey protein so you could use it in your pwo shake, which is you're most important "meal" of the day if you're working out. Carbs in this meal should also come from malto and dex.

NO2, kre-alkalyne (refined creatine), and glutamine combo works great.

iLLm3: gakic/leukic is ridiculously awesome. Too bad just those two alone is like 16 pills a serving and 80 bucks a bottle.

Creatine does wonders for my workout routine. Had significant gains after using it for a month and stopping.
