ATTN: Mini S Drivers

Hey Mini drivers, my 328 is in the shop, and the dealership gave me a really nice Mini S to drive while it's in. It didn't have a manual with it, and i'm curious as to what some buttons do:

First, the button on the opposite side of the ebrake. Have no idea what it's even supposed to be.

Second, the button at about 10 o'clock on the middle speedo. Looks kind of like a cruise control button.

Finally, there's two "foglight" switched with all the other switches down in the middle of the dash. The right hand one turns on the foglights, but I can't figure out what the middle one does.
