Will e90 wheels fit on an e46?

Saw a nice set of 17 x 8 wheels from an e90... Would they fit an e46?

I'm not a fan of E90 wheels. Let's see what you're talking about.

If its a 5 x 120 and the diameter of the hub is the same, then they should fit fine. May have to get wheel alignment depending on the offset.
