EAT & Lose Weight...... HOW!?

Im not really into gyming...not that im not into it, i just dont get time i was wandering what is the best thing to eat to help you lose weight. Like what should i avoid eating and what should i eat more of??

You simply cannot lose weight without both diet AND exercise. You can go on a low calorie diet but that will just slow down your metabolism and you will end up gaining more weight as your body goes into starvation mode.

You are telling me that you don't have 30 minutes in a day to go for a jog? That's all that's needed, 30 minutes a day and you can lose a significant amount of weight.

As for foods, the basic idea is to break your meals up into 4-6 smaller portioned meals. Go by the equation x-y=z, Calories in - calories out = total. You want that total to be a deficit to lose weight. Calories out = Resting Metabolic rate (how many calories you burn without exercise and just through daily functions) + daily exercise.

You CAN lose weight without exercising. But results take much longer. My mom lost about 30 lbs and she never did a minute of exercise. It did take her about 10-12 months however.

The thing is your DIET has to be 95% perfect. Keep your calories from 1200-1500 a day. Devide those calories to 4-5 meals. Limit the fat to under 20 grams a day (Good fats notwithstanding)

If you decide to add some cardio 3 times a week for 30 mins you will see results 2x times faster.

Its all about discipline.

over a long period of time, losing weight and not working out will make your body look flabby but thin

30 mins/day is all you need for your fitness needs. Get up early or something..don't tell us there is no time

My workout partner is able to balance out an 60 hour job, family life and working out

How fast should you be losing weight if....

You weigh: 270lbs
Body Comp: Mainly fat
Exercise: 1 hour of cardio a day / 5 times a week.
Eat: 4 meals a day (under 2,500 calories)
Sleep: 8 hours a night

Your only weapon when trying to lose weight without excercise is your metabolism. Weight loss is possible if you can boost your metablolism through constant eating of whole nutritious foods. You would literally have to be eating every 2-3 hours though but under a calorie restriction.

Also something to think about, the precense of muscle aids your metabolism a great deal so it would be best if you would do some weight training.
