stop drinking soft drinks, drink a whole bunch of water, and cut back on unnecesarily unhealthy meals (aka mcdonalds at 10pm when you suddently have a midngith hunger)

Cardio 4 times a week for atleast 20-30 minutes. The amount of fat lost when increasing from 3-4 days a week would suprise you.
Don't eat fast food or drink soft drinks - helps alot. I'd suggest a diet but realistically I know not everyone is as strict with this **** as me so there's no point. |
