BMW Says goodbye to 'E'

http://www.autoblog.com/2006/03/14/b...-goodbye-to-e/

...interesting. I guess E46Fanatics will become even more historic.

I understand the reasoning, but it just seems odd. I liked 'E'. I feel like this is sesame street. This is brought to you by the letter 'E'.

^There were several other "E" cars in between. Many of the "E" cars never saw production.

That sucks. When I hear F10 I think of a Ford F150 or something.

Damn Bangle
there is a car for every one of them, everything from E1 to E101....there was a list of all of them in one of the Roundel magazines a year or so ago.

stuff like: E37 = FWD version of E36 for Rover (never made production)

of course i made that one up but thats the basic idea of what alot of them were

*edit* now that i think about it, i think all the ones above like E100 or whatever, the 3 digit ones, are the bikes.
