Which carpet are you looking for?

Door trim? You mean the door sill? It just pops out.

Sorry maybe a little late at night. I'm getting confused.

If you want to hide the tuner under your passenger side seat's carpet, the seats have to be come out, and there is a release screw there.

Door trim. I don't know what's that. Door sill, just pop out. Seat belt cover, just slide it out.

Hope this helps.

I remember last time they install my alpine iva-c800 they don't need to remove my passenger seat, and they can access under the floor of my passenger side to hide the turner box..
i'm think i'm just little bit tired haha..

Hum... maybe the seat doesn't have to come out, it the seat is in the highest position and you can reach your hand in. That's what I think.

run the wires under the plastic part beside the door sills. on the other side of the rubber seal.. they pull out.. kinda tricky tho

it'll lead you to the rear... then pull the back seats out and run the wires through there to the trunk

hope that helps

taking out the carpet requires you to pull out all your seats and all that other stuff.. its real messy

Just remember that if you turn on the ignition when you have the seat out, the airbaglight will come on. Then you have to go down to the dealer to get rid of it. If you remove the seat and put it back in you will be fine.
