Streaks on glass after rolling down

How do i get rid of the streaks on the inside of the window? Every time I roll down the window it's there. I wiped the glass and the bottom window trim but it keeps coming back. Is there a certain product I can use for this?

I use Stoners glass cleaner. I still get some though even after cleaning the glass. Its kind of weird. Anyone else have some ideas?
