Nope, it's not going to work. If your car is on the street without the front plate, then you could get a ticket for it, regardless of if you can put it on in front of the officer. That's the same as getting pulled over for not wearing your seatbelt, and saying, "sorry, I'll put it on. Please don't write me a ticket." Your seatbelt and your plate aren't on. Regardless of the fact that you can put it on doesn't mean that you weren't in violation of the law.

2. i have predators angel eyes, they are white colour. So far couple of officers were looking at it and gave me compliments how nice they are
Could they write a ticket for them?
I guess that they could say that it falls under 24003 VC because it's "modified lighting". But on the other hand, white and amber lights are allowed to show to the front, so it complies with that section (I can't remember what the specific section is off hand). I stopped somebody about two years ago on the SR-90 freeway heading towards Marina Del Rey who had DDE's (Ti-silver 325i - stock save for the lights). I thought they looked cool and debated getting them for my car. You could just use the argument that "BMW's come with them (which every new Bim' does).

3. I have a Remus exhaust, it's very quiet. Once i was parked in front of the starbucks and chp officer was looking at my car and comenting abut the pipes. I told him that exhaust is very quiet and it came with the car (of course it didn't) and he left .
Could he write a ticket for the pipes even they are not loud at all?
If it's not stock exhaust, then you probably could get a ticket. As long as it's quiet, then you shouldn't have to worry about it.

I'll be working the swing shift from 1:30pm until 10:00pm. I'll come over essentially on my way to work. Hang out for about an hour, and then boogie. After I start my shift, I'll try to head down there on duty

I have a couple of questions for you. You said that there was a car truck behind you. Was there anyone in front of you? Had you entered the intersection before the light turned yellow or red, or were you waiting behind the crosswalk? You should've gone to the new Starbucks on the corner, then you wouldn't be worrying about this

There's a possibility that you were legally in the intersection and the truck behind you was who set off the cameras. I'm not sure how long it'll take the court to send out the ticket, but I would think you should have it within a couple of weeks. With a red light ticket, if they don't send it to you in the mail, then don't sweat it.
I specifically waited for the light to turn green, So i was the first one to make the left turn. I am hoping the truck behind me triggered the camera or the car coming from the other direction. I was in the intersection before the light even turned yellow. I am just scared because I heard that it was a 320+ ticket.

I think it's somewhere in the area of $400, actually. But, if you were the first car in line at the red light, and when the light turned green you pulled into the intersection, then you should have nothing to worry about. It was probably the guy behind you who set it off.

If you've got a movie on and you get stopped, then your best bet is to leave it open, and chage it to the radio screen. I don't know my Alpine will switch from the DVD/CD screen to the Radio screen pretty fast. At least fast enough that I can switch it in the time that it'll take me to get stopped

There's a reason why you don't want to close it. If I see someone with a movie going on their indash, and I stop them, but when I walk up to the car I see it closed, then it affirms the fact that they were showing a movie. But, if I walk up and see the radio control screen, then it's going to put a doubt in my mind which screen was showing.

Yup, it's fine to have that. It's basically a really big radio display. Think the small one on the factory blown up with all the pretty colors

By the way, nice shoes

Mike, It's basically me answering questions in here, I was just saying that this would've been better for the original post, but Hakuna Matata

Just remember, if they do end up suspending your DL, call the DMV to set up a hearing to try and get it back. Most of the time if you don't do this, then they'll just leave the suspension in effect, or suspend it longer.

oh.. Im sure itll keep going.. so many questions......
especially fanatics since they have modded cars.

Whats the deal with unmarked police cars anyways?
What if theyre so disguised that I dont believe theyre cops.
My traffic school teacher said I could call into the police station and ask if there is a patrol on duty in the area. AND that I can ask for them to call for backup if I feel uncomfortable with that one cop breathing down my neck. I learned this from TRaffiC schOOL O_O. lol
