Why does the last picture look like this car is a fusion of the rear end of a early 90's Prelude, and the front end of a 350z?

they just testing the internal components as you can see, the engine comes out of the hood, so im pretty sure that m3 engine inside 330 body

it looks like a new BMW M3 front clip was dropped into a normal 2dr coupe. You can see the body lines end right at the fenders. So your seeing a much wider aggressive front clip and plain rear. Im sure the rear fenders on the ture M3 will be as wide as the front.

I've never known why people feel the need to past judgment on the looks of a camo-covered test mule. Clearly the finished product will not have black tape all over the front and rear.
