Alacantra steering wheel repair... Possible?

I got an alacantra wheel off of eBay and the top of it is fairly dirty/worn. Is there any way to get that either repaired or fixed? I can take pictures of it if necessary, but it is basically just oil and dirt from usage, nothing more. The guy I bought it from claimed it was a small amount of dirt that was easily cleanable, but that is clearly not the case. What type of shop could clean this up if any? Thanks in advance.

Alcantara is actually a microfiber fabric that resembles suede. It can be cleaned with any gentle APC cleanser. Just dilute it down and lightly mist the area, do not saturate. Buff lighly with a towel, if you rub too hard the Alcantara will become pilly. You can also use a suede brush on Alcantara after a cleaning to bring the pile back up.
