From what I've seen, they wear down quickly. You can ask Idrive328i about his.

i can confim what ken is saying about idrivea328i, he told me he got 1000miles out of them. but tirerack is preaching they are good.... take the gamble if you want... i probably will so i can buy more stuff right away haha

im more concerned with rubbing with exclaims 265/30/19 rear cuz their other size, 245/35/19 will look super pulled

You can ask anyone who have seen my tires, I will get you names if you need it.

My tread looks almost brand new with over 10k on them and I drive pretty hard.

I dont track this car though.

45 offset. I will try to take pics of my tread today if I have a min. I replaced my control arms yesterday and Colin (fanatic on here) was surprised at how good the tread was still left on my tires.

I wouldnt track with these tires but for everyday use they are more then adequate.

With a 40 offset and 265s in the rear dropped you will rub, although you have a coupe so you might make it but I know you will rub on a sedan.

I have 235 fronts

I was having a major problem with my fiancee and was very frustrated. Dave, I am sorry for that comment. I hope whatever wheels you choose you will be happy with. Thanks

Thanks, and I understand that it's your preference - there's nothing I can do about that. We are considering a hyperblack finish as well, but it would be a couple months away. I've just never been a huge fan of it, but again that is my personal preference. If a significant amount of people want them, we'll get them for you guys.

A funny story about the wheels and finish color...

I was at a BMW car meet with about 25 other cars, and I hadn't had the time to wash my car for about 10 days, so the brake dust had accumulated on my wheels. I'm standing in a group of guys about 40 feet away from my car, and one of them in the group says "WOAH! Are those CSL wheels in hyperblack finish over there? Let's go check it out" - So I follow them over to my car and give them the disappointing news that no, they are not hyperblack, they just are victims of OEM BMW brake pads

For those of you with hyperblack wheels, please don't get offended, as I feel that with the right car hyperblack wheels look pretty good.
