My Ride: What work gives me!
I implore anyone in Brisbane to go see the SLS sitting at Brisbane Mercedes

I am pretty good friends with the sales man that sold it. i must say I always thought they were gawdy and not worth the price tag. If you ever get a chance to take a run in one do it (I havent personally but my friend has said its hands down the best vehicle he has driven. This is coming from a man that has sold pretty much every prestige vehicle in the world!) My only complaint was the Gullwing. They are easy to open and everything but they are just impractical if you ask me if your any taller than 5 ft.

same sh1t...... i hate mercs..... theyre expensive tractors......

ffs they were still using tapered wheel bearings and steering boxes in the 2000's/.

apparently the sls's are too slow for their price tag also...... IMO their styling is far too retro and boxy to seriously compete with other cars in its price bracket lookswise.

sls is beautiful. of couse for the price u could get more outstanding 'performance' cars but this cars presence is timeless. i'd imagine the owner's decision would be hevily influenced by its exclusiveness and 'collectors' tag as oposed to buying it to take around the track on a regular bais . but who knows? loving the heritage plates! ASSAIL. your one lucky guy dealing with cars with such beautiful number plates on a daily basis. lol

There's a SLS going around my area. They have a great road presence without being overly 'shouty' unless you open up the doors. The retro styling sets it apart from the others. Come to think of it, there's not that many retro-styled supercars out there.

Koni springs on standard shocks for the moment, putting some coin aside for new dampers.
Was parked on a slight slope so it actually sits the tiniest bit lower irl.
