Hey Spook
Tails are different, you won't get much love for being different on here so don't pay attention to the criticism, each to their own.

Love those other beasts you built.

BTW that green on the M3 looks like vomit.. There's only 3 in the world - I wonder why.

****, i'd rock a hot pink M
+1 I like it too. Needs to be modded, a colour like that is a bit out of place on a stocker.

And speaking of pink.... Studie!

Studie's Z4 is crazy too!

Yeah! Expected 'Hello Kitty' decals all over it.
Have you got a picture of the M3?

Went for a walk around Dolls Point and that's where the pics were taken.

On that note.. i think there MUST be more than 3 in the world...

because i saw one at BMW melbourne SthBank a couple of days ago....

so that leaves one more in the world ...

first breakdown in the beemer today not happy , you city slickers brobably won't get the gravity of the breakdown but some of you that live in remote areas might understand , 110kph on the freeway when I hear a bang felt a shudder , though at first it was a blowout as the steering went hard , but nope nothing that simple the alternator light came on and the temp guage started rising , fan belt I thought , pulled over where I could and pulled the hood to find pieces of the fan belt everywhere , on closer inspection I could see the culprit , the tensioner had failed and the bearing had let go , the plastic guide had exploded and shreded the belt , 130 km from home no auto store open no servo with parts to fit , $450.00 to tow it home and now I have to find the parts to fix it before next weekend, I will replace both tensioners and both belts if I can find them quick enough , anyone know the part numbers off the top of their head , 325ci 2001 manual ciao

I know exactly how you feel man... Happened to my 328i exactly as you said it, i was at about 80, on a sweeping bend, went bang, and the steering went dead straight, had to muscle it back on the road, kept driving, battery light, temp rising, finally pulled over in time for the tophose to explode. my belt also managed to melt one pulley and shatter two of the others.

When that power steering lets go and you suddenly realize you can't turn, its a pretty intense moment, and a bad time to have cream leather.
