Funny you should say that, I drove around in an M3 a few times on my P plates and got hassled a lot less then I do in my car (wasn't sc'd then). Perhaps people presumed the vert was an easier target?

to most people, the M3 and a late spec 325ci looks identical anyway, so i guess the fact that there is no roof probably just makes things worse

if i did it tho id do it propely and get it sprayed gloss black clubsport style.

Kimberly I saw some parts and painting done by that mob that did yours on Sunday, now I know why you came to Canberra to get it done. Just starting to get my head around the suspension, painters, and engine builders in the Canberra/Queanbeyan region and it is a bit of a surprise.

Pulo - When I saw your photos I thought the same thing as Weeny, you really got to black out that trim, it's way too gaudy for the car's character. I really like it otherwise!

yeah i have, but im usualy not one for a full blackout look (hence 330ci headight inserts) i lovecontrast...... but we will seee i might do it

Pulo, if you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for your front bar to get painted and fitted? I was expecting around 600-700ish and i just rang a place up here called Planet Smash who are known for bending you over to put it nicely. They do all the euros on the coast and they reckon between 300-350 and they don't need my car to be there whilst painting it .

Looks good man.. u getting CSL splitters or a lip for the front bar??

ive decided im doing the grill like urs!! going to see my cousin tomorro!!
