I haven't heard it but I bet it sounds like ass. Japanese can't make speakers.

I wouldn't pay almost 7k for something with a total of 150W. That much $ can get you a fantastic setup.

performance wise -it's Ok. $7k can get you some good highend stuff that will sound much better than that
but for aesthetics - it if intergrates into your living room well, get it. I know some ppl have to find a balance between what sounds good and what looks good with their decor and brands like nakamichi and bang/olufsen fill that niche. In no way will this setup sound bad - it will sound very very good. Given that $7k, I'm just telling you can go find equipment that sounds a notch or two better

B&W DM603/4, LCR600, and DM601s for the rear (second set optional for 7.1). Add a Velodyne or Sunfire Subwoofer. Add either a B&K or Rotel receiever or preamp/amp and you have a sound system that sounds MUCH MUCH better than that nak for less. If I had 5-6K to spend that is unquestionably the only thing I would go for. |

I have never heard it but I probably wouldn't buy that. There are tons of speakers systems that you can put together for $7000.
Just of the top of my head you could get 4 B&W 705's the center and a $1000reciever from denon, marantz, or yamaha and a nice svs or hsu sub for under $6000. You could probably get entry separates from outlaw audio and the total will be almost $7000. These figures don't even include the B&W discount you should get. You could also find some nice speakers from monitor audio, or some paradigm studio 20's that are around the same price. Theres are so many good speakers out there that I would go listen to as many as possible before buying. I wouldn't jump on the first thing that seems to be a good deal.
