Congrats, the M5 beast looks good.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pick up the M5 for, I am in the market for one.

so far the only things i have planned are changing the speakers, adding an icelink for an ipod integration and putting in my jl sub and amp. no "performance" mods planned yet.

when i took out the stuff from the zhp yesterday i took a bunch of pictures and plan on making a DIY for you guys on how i installed my audio equipment in the ZHP with literally only cutting one wire. i will of course do the same for the m5.

also, to all: thanks for the kind comments.

It actually is not out of many ppls price range here. A used 2002 M5 with 40k miles on it is normally about 35k.

I have been looking at tons of cars since my accident and that was one of them. The car is just to big for me though. I still think i am gonna go with the M3.

you know what is amazing about this car is that since i have had it i almost feel no desire to drive it fast. it is almost like this: "i know that other people know the car is fast, and i know that i can drive it fast - it almost kills the interest in driving it fast." i even had a guy on an r1 give me the thumbs up. it is not often that you get thumbs up regarding a car from someone on a crotch rocket... hopefully i will take some good pics soon and post some more...
