quick question..please help!

I was wondering whether or not i could install an indash cd player from a current 330i. I have a 99 323i. Also, can i still control the cd changer with that head unit? please help!!

I really can't answer your question for sure but I'm pretty positive that at least the wiring harness is the same, I sow that at:
Partsexpress
when I was look for the wire harness for my 2002 320i.
