im down when it clears up..... i have my stock rims on because of all this rain (to hard to clean my wheels) saturday im gonna meet up with thomastudios 4 a coolant system rebuild

so lets plan it for mid feb!!! you guys wanna do it in tulare this time? or what about fresno? i dont mind driving so where ever we'll get a better turn out just let me know!


and fyi issac, the coolant system overhaul is easy. i took off my front bumper and left headlight and it made it soo much easier!

Working on it

Got a laundry list of mods I'm working on. Still need Bluetooth unit and PAX for the double din. I was able to find a good deal on the install kit.

Might have a few more things going on the car before that goes in though.

are you leaking engine oil? mine had a major oil leak from under the power steering resorvoir, turned out to be one of the hoses. cheap and easy fix! hopefully your's isn't too much of hassle to fix.

^^i heard its normal for our power steering resorviors to leak a little.... do your guys's leak around it too?

Quite positive it's the housing. If it were the power steering, I would see red. This is brown. I'm gonna b paitent though. Not ready for a job like that quite yet.

just finished my radiator install...... turn out to be a pain in the a** one of the hoses i ordered was leaking (brand new hose) so had to use old hose. running like a champ now shout to to thomasstudios for letting me borrow his fan clutch holder so much easier with that tool

i heard the oil filter housing is prone to leak, so you may be right. it shouldn't be too much of a pain to fix. how bad is the leak?

let me know when ur ready to do it..... i can learn how hard its gonna be to do mine. i hear its about a 4 hr job but if u need help i ready to lend hands so i can know what to expect when i change out mine

Safe enough to drive, i guess. Hasn't been too bad.

Ok. Yea I'm gonna pick up the gasket first. I'm probably gonna need the help. Tired of pissing oil in my driveway.

mine hasn't gotten that bad yet but noticed i need to put oil in every 1000 miles or so

We can knock both cars out this Saturday. That's a lot of oil you are loosing.

i just did my oil change this saturday thought..... my check engine light popped back up yesturday aswell (might be that thermostat)
