These are a pair of Rock & Republic Henley jeans. 100% authentic, you can see the microstitching in the last picture. The waist is labeld 31 inches. I had the legs hemmed because they were pretty long. The actual inseam right now is 33". I'm 6'0" and they fall perfect now. I've worn them 3 times, they're in perfect condition. Retail for $200+, make an offer.

Classic five-pocket cut with signature Rock & Republic "R" yellow stitching on back pockets

Depends on the cut you're comparing them to, but these are pretty slim fit.

i have these jeans in a size 30 (i think the smallest r&r makes) and my diesel zafs are 29 (could have gone with a 28 tho since the 29s need a belt)
