WTB: 04+ ZHP in SoCal/Orange County

looking for a coupe, must have xenons, mnrf, manual. prefer AW but will take other colors. no black though, i have too many black cars. looking to pay $30000 for one.

how much are you selling it for? i figure you would be selling for around $35000 for that year and mileage.

i am asking $36,000 but i could do $35,000 which is way below private party value for the car. it is actually a lease with 22 months left, the payment is $629.29/month with a buyout of $36,400. so the way it would work is you could either take over the lease and buy it out at the price of $36,400 and i would give you $1,400 to cover the difference. or you could just assume the lease with no money down and keep it for the remainder of the least and buy it out at the end... the buyout at the end is around $25k. the reason it would be best to approach it like that is if i buy out the lease first, i have to pay tax on my buyout and then i would have to ask more due to the tax i had to add to the loan.... this way you just assume the least and pay the normal tax you normally would with any other car, because BMWFS doesn't do third party buyouts.

could i see some pics? i'd love to come see it myself, but i'm busy with school and won't be free until summer at the earliest.

how did you get $38k for kbb? mine only says $36,955 for excellent condition. that's for the private party value. buying it for $35,000 at that price really doesn't save me much.

i just did it again and got $37,830 for excellent and $35,830 for good. furthermore, it's easily in excellent condition, and even if you were to rate it as good condition. i am still offering it to you for $830 cheaper than good condition. this is a private party sale. you can expect to pay a private party value, i am offering it to you less than private party value, and any dealer the same car would be offered for $39,000-$40,000. so you actually WOULD be saving a minimum of $4,000 from a dealer price. i am not forcing you to purchase the car... i am just offering it to you. if you aren't interested that is fine, good luck on finding the right vehicle to suit your needs... if you ARE in fact interested, i believe my price is more than fair. if you disagree and are interested, make me an offer. thank you. keep in mind you have yet to even see or drive the car.

$35k is a little too much for a final sale price. I have an '05 imola ZHP with 12k miles and I'd let it go for 34k easy.
