When you have parts delivered to work.

Or...

When you leave work early to make sure you're at the house, to greet the ups guy whose dropping off your latest purchase. Because you don't want to risk no one being home who can sign for your package.

Also, when you literally just finished installing something and all you can think about is, "What's next!?"

When your wife notices the "gills" on a ///M3 and laughs because you don't have them.

When you get sick because you get kicked in the nuts by no reverse. When its fixed, you're happier than a teenage boy about to get laid.

I received a no plate ticket awhile back. The officer was leaning on my passenger side window opening. It was a hot day, and sweating on the car. I asked him if he could stop leaning on the car, he looked at me dumbfounded.
I told him I was going to exit the vehicle to wipe down the door and his sweat marks and to show some respect to others property.

1) ... You know all of the wheel styles by its number.
2) ... You write a 9,200-word blog and review of the DynavinE46 V5, which is posted here: http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=830928
3) ... You don't let your passenger/wife/girlfriend eat in your car and offer them a bottle of water instead.
4) ... You do your oil changes actually on time.
5) ... When you are searching to buy stuff from other peoples' For-Sale Posts, you lowball them and ask them to pay for shipping too!

When people say they like your 'headlights' and you have to point out the fact that they're AEs... and then have to stop yourself from explaining why you got the particular type/brand you have because you read every one of the million AE threads on this site before you got yours and are therefore an expert on the matter.

Holy run-on sentence, Batman!
