when people try to get out of your car and ask you why they have to pull the handle twice.

when you tell people the clown nose is a laser turret for your alarm.

when you are terrified to change your ATF.

when you warn girls before you start dating them "ok, my car(s) gets 90% of my time and money and you get the other 10%"

...you check the sponsors section several times a day so you don't miss a great special or group buy

...people ask you what do you think of the "new bimmers" and you say you think yours looks better

...your a/c smells like a fart when you first turn it on

...any part for your car costs 3x as much as a honda

when you go out to the garage for something else and speak to your car reminding it when the next mod or service is coming and/ or apologize to it for not getting it done sooner......

when it starts hailing while your at work and you pull the 180,000$ ambulance out of the bay so you can put your car in especially since it has a mercedes engine in it...

you actually get mad when you see some middle aged woman driving an M3 and you think why cant she just get a mercedes so someone who could really appreciate the car can buy it...

when you keep refreshing this page to see if anyone made new posts

when you hate to replace that alcantara steering wheel despite that it looks like crap from you molesting it with your hands every time you drive because it feels so good.

when you know what alcantara means.

When a friend says that his car would beat your car in a race you respond with: "Maybe in a straight line, but I'll smoke you in the twisties."

Your friends can't believe you spent that much on that/those *insert mod here*.

You have an E46Fanatics.com sticker on something other than your car. (one of mine is on my nalgene)

You've come close to crashing while trying to identify the mods on an E46 that just went the other way on the highway.

You get a little upset when you see an E46 with amber corner lights.
sick but true

I'm glad someone else does this. I thought it was just a mild case of OCD. It's good to know that I am not alone.

...when you've just spent over 30 minutes reading all the posts in this thread and been able to relate to at least 70% of them...

by the time you reach what you think is the last page of this thread, there's already two more pages in there...and you keep on reading....
