Need help with Rotational Torque

I was playing around with weights and sizes and I have a spreadsheet that helps figure it all out.

My problem is I am a little confused which is better. Sorry computer guy here not a math guy. Can anyone explain which is better here Wheel 1 or 2.

Rotational Tq - whl 1/whl 2 /diff / Tq diff 4 whls /rot+linear/chas wgt equiv
Unif dens disk - 9.965 / 10.538 / -0.57 / -2.29/ -3.05/ -56.48 lbs
Tire+wheel - 10.569 / 10.289 / 0.28 / 1.12 / 0.36 / 6.76 lbs
T+W, edge wghtd - 14.090 / 13.717 / 0.37 / 1.49 / 0.74 / 13.68 lbs
TQ devt to linear acc - 2.617 / 2.806 / -0.19 / -0.76/ ***/ -14 lbs
