Cingular Phone hookup?

Does anyone have any hook ups to phones that are Cingular service compatible? I just need a new phone, and i dont mind payin the MSRP. I just dont wanna have to upgrade or renew my contract yet. Ill be sellin my SLVR as well. Thanks so much for your help and time

you can always unlock most gsm phones, it doesnt need to be a cingular

Take it to your local mall, to those ... WIRELESS SERVICE dealers... alotta arabs run them. Theyll unlock it for like $15. Bump for the slvr ... have one and love it.

gsm is the network type the phone operates. t-mo/cing use gsm while sprint/verizon use cdma. gsm phones are the ones that take sim cards.

i might want your slvr btw. where are you in oc and when would you be ready to sell? it's the black one, right?

Yes, its the black one. I live in Orange right next to Chapman University. Its like, 5 min from The Block of Orange.

the benefit of gsm is that you can get it unlocked/unbranded, so that it will work with any carrier that uses GSM technology. also if you travel outside of the states, your phone can be used in another company simply by getting a pre-paid SIM card from there. what kind of phoen are you interested in?
