Found some great stuff for cleaning rims...

I went to AID AutoStore and bought Mother's Wheel Mist multi purpose wheel cleaner. I tried it when i got home and i have to say that this stuff is priceless! I sprayed the whole rim, even the inside and the brake calipers and they came out amazing w/o me even having to touch it! I strongly recommend you guys giving it a shot, unless you have something else that works well for you. The yellow bottle is for clear coat. That's the one I got.

I must agree

I have tried all of them, and I find that product to be the best. With a high pressure hose, the brake dust comes right off.

Any warnings about particular types of wheels? coated vs. non-coated?

I use Simple Green and the grime comes right off...

no scrubbing necessary. Of course, if brake dust is an issue...get Axxis pads from LaJolla...www.justbmws.com
