Angry BOB SMITH BMW!! NeVER AGAIN!!HELP!!

Okay so i took m3 to bob smith bmw for them to fix the alarm witch went off every 2 hours. they ended up fixing it after 3 days by changing a switch!! picked up the car drove off the lot and about 200 feet down from the dealership the car dieds when swtiching into third. car wont turn on for about 10 min. so finally started the car back on drove back slowly to the dealership car was shaking like crazy. brought back to them mechanic ran a test on in it and told me give clutch isnt disingaging correclty so they gave me a free loaner and went on my way on a firday. called me back monday said that if they open up the clutch and see burned spots on it from abusing they wont cover it under maintence. Basically theres no way to tell if the clutch was abused without opening it and if its i have to pay 3100 dollars. so call bmw na they basically say we dont deal with tech info, u could try another dealership . So i have about 54,000 miles on my smg m3 is it possible that if it is burned it was a result from the clutch not being able to disangage, what should i do?? Any input is appreciated.

Im guessing some tech there fuked with ur car drove it hard and stuff
i've seen it one too many times..Im there on their back parking lot and they drive cars full throttle throught dips scraping lips and bumpers and burn clutch do burnouts w/e, clip other cars while backing up etc....
i fukin hate dealerships...
if i saw them do it to my car..i wont just use verbal attacks..
I FUKIN SWEAR I WILL USE VIOLENCE..PHYSICAL VIOLENCE..I DONT FUKIN CARE IF I GET ARRESTED..THAT GUY WILL BE IN HOSPITAL AND HANDICAPED FOREVER
