Installed Aftermarket Radio but no sound?

Just like the title says, i am trying to install this in my 2004 325i. I bought a top of the line JVC radio, steering wheel interface, xm radio interface and was going to install all this but I got power but no sound. I got a Metra wiring harness, antenna adapter and dash kit. What am I doing wrong? My car just had the Business CD in. It doesn't have the Harmon Karden system either. Also does the radio go behind the dash kit and the cage for the radio mounts in the dash behind the dash kit as well?

Make sure your internal amp is on.

How do I do that? Is there a certain remote wire I have to hookup from the factory harness to the aftermarket radio or what?

You'd have to read the manual for your head unit, should be a simple check. Yes, make sure your power antenna/ amp wire is hooked up correctly. Your harness should have come with something similar to this: http://a248.e.akamai.net/pix.crutchf.../120709195.PDF

Other than that just go through and check all your connections, what all do you have connected right now? Do you have a multimeter?

Thanks for the diagram. I didn't hook up the power antenna/ power amp wire. Thats all it took to work!
