Lol now this is overboard. Your face's shape is genetics, sure it will fill out a bit when you gain weight but if you have a genetically round face, you are stuck with it. Well unless of course you want to go the way of Paris Hilton and Michael Jackson.

Could always take some AIDS medications to get rid of the random fat pockets in your face and arms (like in your cheeks).

..I mean...if you like that hollow look.

Listen man, do lots of cardio and eat healthy, weight train and get that bodyfat off, everyones face for the most part has the same construction, some have a stronger jaw line. I use to be FAT, 300+ lbs and i lost 100, face like a bowling ball and now my face is "chisled" , believe me!

i can't imagine you can shave pounds on your face... i have an extremely low level of body fat on me (am 6'3 165 and am probably like 4 or 5% body fat) and don't have a "chiseled face"... im convinced its genetics... look at jonny depp... he isn't jacked and has a very strong jaw line

Face shaping takes time, especially around the neck. The jaw line will take time as well. However, do not expect something significant.

Jonny Depp is skinny as hell, so is BRad Pitt. Maybe i had the genetics with fat over it, whenever i go on a pre contest type cutting diet, i notice it so much in my face , neck, traps and shoulder, everything shreds off no matter who it is, and my jaw just pops out!

i don't really consider johnny depp THAT skinny...

And I have virtually no body fat on me and don't have that chiseled face (just saying that i think its a lot more genetics than anything else)

at least I don't consider it chiseled lol

i would say that is weight loss... its not like your face is more defined now because of your muscle gain but rather that you lost excess fat around your face

Well that's exactly what i was saying though, weight loss, exercise and weight training and so on play a major part on how thin your face can get, as far as muscle construction i dont think you can change that, maybe chewing alot of gum and so on

Amazing. Chiseled faces are 100% due to genetics. Facial bone structure determines whether you have a strong jaw and a balanced face. High cheek bones with slightly sunken cheeks give you the chiseled face look. Just as with abs though, it doesn't matter what's underneath if you have fat on top of it. Cheeks and necks get fat so it hides jaw lines and cheek bones. But man, this thread.....new low.

I think I am gunna start a thread about butt and calf implants now.
