Some more pics of my setup with factory look DEPO head lamps and clear corners:

I'm old school; IMO fog lamps should be amber or yellow, so I also added yellow Lamin-X film to the fog lamp covers:

HID were added using Photoshop from another car with the same front end shot.

This should help - E46 with Orion V2 4300K with 4300K Low Beams that are probably migrated up to 5200K by now due to usage.

They get whiter as they get older/used more?

This one has been there for 4-6 months based on a customer comment.

I ment the stock headlight bulbs, they get whiter? Are you saying the LEDs get whiter as well with age and use? Is that ^ a 4300K kit? It does look whiter then other pics I've seen. I know different cameras, different lighting conditions etc.....
I'm just so on the fence about getting a 4300K Orion OE look kit. I really want to match the stock OE angel eyes (3000k - 3500k), not the stock xenon 4300K bulbs.

Stock bulbs - hid D2S bulbs - are 4300K and with age they migrate up to 6000K after 1500 hours of usage.

Cool, I did not know that. I was an Assistant BMW Parts Manager for 8+ years and I knew brand new factory bulbs had to "burn in" but didn't know they changed that much duing it's life.
So the 4300Ks will look yellow against my original 2002 factory bulbs, sweet. I might try them, thanks.

These photos should hopefully settle any doubts people have about the output differences of Orion v2 and the 80 LED competitors (including of course our own 84 LED offering).

While the 84 LED offering clearly has no gaps at all and is a more full ring all the way around, it's not as bright as the Orion V2.

These images are undoctored (except for the inclusion of the labeling). These images were taken on Mike M's car today (he's a member on this forum and will vouch for these images). That said, the 84 LED does fit well, has 0 gaps at all, and if you want a less bright solution with LED that has the longevity of LED, this is your solution.

We have more pictures, but this is a quick synopsis. We have some from further away, and up close, etc. those will be posted soon.

Anyone have a pic with the 4300K AE's for the facelifted coupe with the OEM 4300K HID bulb already warmed up? A lot of pics i see are with either 8000K bulbs or before the 4300K bulb has fully warmed up... I'm trying to find a comparison between the two colors. I've trolled through the thread and I"ve only found someone with the 4300K with their fogs on... not the actual lowbeam.
